2. Table Reservations

Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee table availability. A booking becomes valid and confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Moisei via email or telephone.

Table Reservation Rules

• Large Group Bookings (8+ guests): For reservations of 8 guests or more, you will be offered a banquet menu priced at £100 per person. The banquet menu includes 7 cold dishes, 4 hot dishes, and the option to bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in any quantity.
• Changes & Modifications: All changes to the number of guests or the menu must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the reservation date.
• Reservation Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify the reservation conditions in case of unforeseen circumstances, informing the client in advance.
• Dress Code & Conduct: The restaurant reserves the right to deny entry or ask you to leave the premises if the smart casual dress code is not followed or in cases of alcohol or drug intoxication.
• Outside Beverages: Bringing and consuming your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited, except for banquet menu bookings (8+ guests).
• Personal Belongings: The restaurant is not responsible for any personal belongings you may lose during your visit.
• Children: Please supervise your children during your visit to ensure their safety and the comfort of other guests.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in the table being released. We recommend arriving on time or contacting us if you are delayed.
• Deposits: Large group bookings may require a deposit or advance payment, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Lounge Area Reservation Rules

• Operating Hours: The lounge area operates until 22:30.
• Hookah Requirement: When reserving a table in the lounge area, ordering a hookah is mandatory. If declined, it will be automatically added to your bill.
• Age Restriction: Unfortunately, children are not allowed in the lounge area.
• Dress Code & Conduct: The restaurant reserves the right to deny entry or ask you to leave the premises if the smart casual dress code is not followed, as well as in cases of alcohol or drug intoxication.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Customers are requested to notify the restaurant as early as possible in case of cancellation. This allows us to offer the table to other customers.

• For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in refusal of future reservations
• Special events or large group bookings may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customer safety is our priority. Customers are solely responsible for:

• Informing restaurant staff of any food allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions that may affect their dining experience
• Providing accurate and complete information about dietary requirements at the time of booking and upon arrival
• Asking questions about menu ingredients if uncertain

Moisei is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse health effects where no prior notification was given. While we take precautions to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas.

5. Menu & Pricing

• Menu items, availability, and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
• Online menus are for guidance only and may not always reflect real-time in-restaurant availability
• Prices displayed are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Special offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue menu items without notice

6. Customer Behaviour

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our customers and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer in cases of:

• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour
• Intoxication or substance abuse
• Safety concerns or risk to other customers or staff
• Violation of house rules or restaurant policies
• Any behaviour that disrupts the dining experience of other customers

In such cases, customers may be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moisei shall not be held responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises
• Booking misunderstandings or communication errors
• Website or email technical failures
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages
• Any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
