2. Table Reservations
- Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee table availability
- A booking becomes valid and confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Moisei via email or telephone
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: operational issues, health and safety concerns, or force majeure events
- Late arrivals may result in the table being released. We recommend arriving on time or contacting us if you are delayed
- Large group bookings may require a deposit or advance payment, which will be communicated at the time of booking
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Customers are requested to notify the restaurant as early as possible in case of cancellation. This allows us to offer the table to other customers.
- For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible
- Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in refusal of future reservations
- Special events or large group bookings may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Customer safety is our priority. Customers are solely responsible for:
- Informing restaurant staff of any food allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions that may affect their dining experience
